Sands Casino Resort Bethlehem opened May of 2009 in Eastern Pennsylvania. It is situated on the site of the historic Bethlehem Steel plant and located approximately 60 minutes from Philadelphia. The casino features over 3,000 slot machines, 200 table games, several electronic table games, and sports betting. Sands spent $26 million in 2009 to add 119 table games: 41 blackjack tables, four craps, four roulette, four three-card poker, fourteen mini-baccarat, four midi-baccarat, three pai gow poker, two pai gow tiles, one Big Six, two Let It Ride, two Caribbean stud, four Texas.

Las Vegas Sands Corp. Has filed a change of ownership petition with the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board. The Sands will sell Wind Creek the casino, outlet mall, events center, hotel and some. Wind Creek Bethlehem features a fun-filled casino along with an array of outlets that make guests do not want to go out of the hotel anymore. Sands Bethlehem Wind Creek is home to a casino boasting 36 poker tables, over 200 table games and 3,000 slot machines.
The Outlets at Wind Creek Bethlehem (formerly The Shoppes at Sands and The Outlets at Sands Bethlehem) is an indoor shopping mall located inside the Wind Creek Bethlehem casino resort in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. It opened on November 1, 2011[2] and connects the casino and the hotel.[1] The outlet center is located under the Minsi Trail Bridge.
The Outlets at Wind Creek Bethlehem comprises 133,000 sq ft (12,400 m2) of retail space. Retailers located there include clothing, electronics, household, jewelry, and specialty-item stores, as well as Europa Spa & Salon, Joli Bakery & Cafe, and Kids Quest/Cyber Quest - a childcare and family entertainment center. At the east end of the mall is a food court, next to the casino entrance.
